Yes. Fairway Social can be set up indoors or outdoors as long as the space works for the simulator. We've set up in spaces ranging from backyards and parking lots to indoor event venues. Have a space in mind? Send us the details and we'll let you know if it works.
Every event includes the full simulator setup, clubs and equipment, a dedicated Social Host, and professional setup and teardown. Your Social Host helps guests get started and runs any planned games or competitions.
Private events start at $750. Business, brand, community, and organization events are custom priced based on the event. Tell us what you're planning and we'll put together a quote.
Fairway Social is based in Lexington, Kentucky and primarily serves Central Kentucky, including Georgetown, Nicholasville, Versailles, Winchester, Richmond, Frankfort, and Mt. Sterling. Have an event outside the area? Reach out and we'll let you know if we can make it work.
A standard power outlet near the setup area is typically all we need. If power isn't available, let us know. We may be able to provide a power package for an additional fee.
Yes. The simulator screen can also be used for things like a game or other event content. For a watch party, for example, guests can play golf before kickoff and during breaks, then watch the game on the big screen.
